Service was great but cleaniness of the courtesy car was a let down. It was always quite clean somehow the standard have dropped this round.
I was told when I booked that you could not swap tyres on a Saturday which is the best day for me as I work away from home. Told by the person on the day that I could have booked in for a Saturday.
Drop off was brilliant, pick up I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had a call 30 minutes earlier saying the car was ready.It was busy, but I missed a meeting waiting aroundVideo is alittle bit of a gimmick when its just tire measurements
Slow check in/out process, expensive parts and labour, service indicators not reset when car returned (had to do it myself)
Paolo was professional and courteous. Found a vehicle that fit my needs as well as my wallet.

No issues encountered while dropping or picking the car. Some delay from the centre to quote on a service pack however. Had to chase them multiple times over the course of two months, before someone gave me a quotation.

On purchasing the vehicle almost new with only 9 miles on the clock I am almost certain that I was told by the salesman that the car came with a full service package. This was apparently incorrect as I was charged for this service.
There are some improvements to be done, when I booked my service I asked for an automatic spare car and I was offered a manual. I was advised to change a tyre and the information printed in my advice sheet was wrong.

Diagnosis was quick and was not charged for diagnosis time as I would expect!! Took a long time to have car repaired due to other cars being priority.
Was told my car would be ready by 430. Sat waiting half hour. No one asked acknowledged me sitting there, told me it would be another half hour or offered me a coffee!! Awful!

The service from collecting the car from my home to returning it later the same day was effortless except that I had to reprogram all of the settings in the car, from hot key settings to favourite radio stations as the whole lot was wiped!

Very courteous, friendly and knowledge staff and efficient in and out service experience. I liked the video texting service regards advisory notes and what is required to complete the car service.
Did everything they said they would in the time they said they would do it and because I took out tyre insurance I got my tyre replaced without fuss.
I have been experiencing a few acceleration blips and was hoping that the service team would be able to find out why. Still unknown so now keeping a record of situations when the issue occurs.
Wasn't overly long, everything was direct and explained to me....although i had to ask where to get coffee (directly behind me lol).

Booked in for a fast-lane oil service at 10:15 on 08/10/2018 but did not leave until nearly 14:00 - not exactly fast! Also advised one part was unavailable (apparently UK shortage) so will need to return at some point to complete the service.
The service received has always been good and the people have always been very helpful (with information and communication).

Nothing overran, everything was ready when promised and I was contacted as promised.
Having some initial teething problems, nothing was rectified until I took it to Lancaster MK. There service is exceptional and they have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was a satisfied customer.

They replaced propshaft as it was part of company recall to the product, if I had taken it to any non-bmw service centre then it might not have been replaced or advised.

Car damaged, attempted to cover it up so It wasn't visible until I washed the car. No redress as I cannot prove it was them.
I was out of my car for 2 days. It caused me inconvenience and had to take extra day off work, which was unplanned.

Due to the above I then had to rearrange for Autoglass to go to Lancaster to fit the windscreen. The wheels were ordered and fitted on the Monday instead of Friday.
I had a noise with my car and took it there just before 1pm on Saturday. I had to wait and even tho most of the technicians went home I was still seen and my car was checked to make sure it was road worthy.

The service I got was exceptional from start to finish. I had originally ordered a car from another manufacturer, but they were totally useless. So it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Anthony, and I was very impressed throughout.
My expectation were met on every level, I asked for a quick , low frills handover and thats what I got.

The car was sourced very quickly and I was very happy with the overall deal agreed.
