A winter health check suggested work needed to be done but I had to push a little to get an estimate, which surprised me.

The service is efficient and friendly and the staff are always patient and helpful.
A tyre keep losing pressure I asked for this to be looked at while the car is serviced only to be advised there wasn't a tyre fitter available on Saturdays so this couldn't be fixed or a new tyre if needed be fitted. Advised me to call back Monday
Would have been higher, but for the service bill..... when I purchased the approved used bmw I was clearly told I wouldn't need any service requirements within a year based on my mileage, about 5 month and 4K miles in £350 approx on brake service...

Everyone involved - from the guy who welcomed me and showed me where to park my car (and suggested a pleasant walk while it was being serviced) to Emma Duthie (see below) and Alex Magee made the experience from arrival to departure enjoyable.
Timely lifts provided
Car had a fault and required immediate attention. Had to wait for 4 hours in the showroom for a loan car to be made available. Loan car was a 2 year old, 30,000 mile, dirty, smelly and damaged 3 Series, dealer did not have a car to lend me.
Good service and very pleasant staff. Only thing is the expense of a routine service (and I think a rear brake light may have been missed)
As above - however service manager Simon eventually dealt with my complaint had is in the process of a refund
Smooth experience, timing was as advised, quick and efficient information about the winter service outputs from the engineer, all automated. Car was cleaned better than the hand car wash service too!

Despite having a service package inclusive I was originally charged for brake service numerous phone calls to finally get money back, still waiting for my MOT cert despite 3 chases totally fed up with service
Not much light been shed on previous answer
Unfortunately as I drove away from garage I got a red warning message to indicate that the bonnet was not closed. That is inexcusable!!

Buying a car is a significant experience and should be a very pleasant one - this is determined by the level of service that you receive - in this case it was excellent.

I was very satisfied with the excellent service received from Ben Bryan during the purchase and the delivery of my car. I did not experience any pressure selling. Ben provided weekly updates and videos on the manufacture and delivery of my car.

No pressure Multiple options
Attentive. Listened to my requirements. No hard sell, calm, respectful manner, allowed time for discussion. Important for a woman on her own. Careful explanation of car upon delivery with video demonstration to assist with attachment of bike rack.
Communication was excellent throughout, Dillon Appleby in particular was very helpful and understanding about an issue from our side. Delivery was well handled, never felt rushed and we were made to feel comfortable asking any questions.
Emma from mobility help me from start to finish she advised me what I needed to know and kept me informed about my car.

Lancaster BMW at Milton Keynes have very helpful, friendly staff and make you feel welcome without any pressure. We were delighted to have Paolo Marsala as our sales exec and really happy with our second purchase from him.
Customer service and deal was 2nd to none.The only problem was it took 7 days to recieve payment for my part x car, rather than the 2-3 days we were told.
As per 1a.The vehicle 'handover' was made to be an enjoyable occasion (as it should be), carried out as arranged, and again, most efficiently.
Please to deal with Nathaniel who went out of his way to provide me with the rubber mats and to meet and greet at the train station. Also provided tinted windows for free to compensate for late delivery which pleased me.
