I didn't give full marks because I wasn't offered a drink and the staff seemed too busy to really notice me
Given wrong pricing when booking service so not satisfied with that but service received once on site by Neil was very good.
Did what was expected
I had to amend the date of my original booking which was done online. Never received a confirmation so phoned to find that my booking had been completely erased.
I know the team at BMW from previous experience at Mercedes Benz and was one of the big reasons I went BMW this time, they are excellent and look after me very well - no complaints

Not happy with requests to carry out further work
Came in for an MOT, this was completed. Small item which I did not notice until later was that even the windscreen wash jets had been adjusted! Attention to detail, full marks, excellent. Car also washed and vacuumed, this was pre-arranged.
Fault analysis and fault repair were spot-on, even gave me a like for like courtesy car when the car had to be retained overnight.

Friendly and attentive staff at every stage of the process from reception to booking to arrival to service and finally valet.I waited in the dealership while the whole process was completed on time.
Very expensive for a service
Amongst other problems kept waiting for an hour to collect car after work had been completed. Unhappy with number of repeat visits to finish work and lack of staff to deal with collection plus charges that should be covered under mainatined contract

Conpletely dis satisfied however your survey wont submit unless it has 5*. This is a perfect example of how shocking your customer service is and how you dont want to deal with complaints!

Always feel valued by staff and the got a lift back but the Series 1 with 3 tall people not great.
Whilst there had been a better experience all round from my inaugural visit . I was both shocked and disappointed that no more than a few hundred metres from the dealership my bonnet hood warning came on. This is not what I would expect.

Very good service, but the car still makes the noise after 3 returns. Also had to book in again as the wrong part was ordered.
Process for dealing with tyre insurance is a bit long winded and clunky. You need to streamline the process.

The diesel leak and following that the fuel cover failing to operate, left me with concerns about the original service as it all happened within a two week period .The car smells of fuel after being cleaned twice but Alex my service has been helpful

See above. As an aside at least 10 members of staff walked right past me and another driver sitting patiently at the drive in service entrance and not one of them bothered to tell us you didnt open for another 30 minutes.

First time getting an MOT done, was called ahead of time to book, was introduced and checked on and looked after
high level of customer care, I was dropped off and driven back to garage when my car was ready to be collected
May be my standards of looking after the car are higher than BMW's, I expected both cooler pipes to auto transmission to have been replaced for future cars reliability. Only one pipe was replaced. I did point this out to the dealership.

So I've had a BMW for the last 9 or 10 years and been with 2 other BMW dealers for service, and never felt compelled to fill in a survey. However, had an oil leak 35 miles from home on a Friday about 45 mins before closing; (cont. below)

Without an appointment not only did they correct my seatbelt issue but also took advantage of my being there to complete a software update required.
Everything went as planned time wise and issue was resolved. Comfortable area to wait with choice of drinks and nice clean toilets!

i have been trying to reach the management as I feel I had the worst experience in MK branch, Ian the service manager walked out and said he does not care when my car been handed over with all the mess, clips, etc etc really really bad.
Easy service, some confusion with where to pick the car up from but overall very good!
Apparent confusion over the price quoted for new tyres; and I was made to feel like I was doing the dealer a favour!

The BMW centre in Milton Keynes is very friendly, helpful and efficient. For example, in early December I had to have a headlamp bulb replaced. I drove to the dealership and they replaced it there and then with little waiting time.

Disappointing that a company with the systems you have in place still didnt expect me when I turned up. My appointment was time critical as I was at work. The plus side is I expected this so brought my laptop with me and your WiFi was good.
My car was well looked after and was even washed when I came to pick up. Very nice service by the person I talked. To who also explained what the issue was which had been solved during repair.

The process was relatively quick once I had made a decision and I was furnished with multiple models to chose from. Despite my prevarication, at no point did I feel rushed into the decision making process.
The dealership was simply a pleasant place to be. My car was prepared to an immaculate standard (I'm fussy!). James cancelled his day off to oversee the preparation of my car due to the time pressure of the transaction.
