Two negatives, was kept waiting at check in due to confusion with booking, and service status wasn’t updated on car. Both easy to fix...

The loan car was not supplied full of fuel and with incorrect mileage. I returned it fullhaving only done 20 miles and put in 4.5 litres. No offer made to reimburse for the fact it wasn’t full when given to me
