The indicator light had gone and this was replaced under warranty and everyone was helpful, polite and made me feel welcome to be there. Plus my lovely car was given a clean, which I appreciated.
Smooth, no issues, kept well informed.
Chap who served me was extremely rude. Clearly needs training in basic mannerisms.

I was in trouble with the car as it had blown the turbo. Mr. Allwright was terrific in supporting me through this difficult time - we were on our way to a wedding when it happened - and his later actions helped tremendously
On two BMW recoveries I was never supplied with any details/paperwork on what had been done to my vehicle. First occasion I had to request. Second recent visit still not received any detail which the dealership promised to post to me.

Sound Equaliser values all reset, treble & bass settings altered completely & a radio station I had not saved played loudly when I switched on the ignition. Why?

The service was carried out as expected and after dropping off the car I was taken to my office and picked up again later in the afternoon to collect it.
Excellent customer service.
Despite BMW assist suggesting a diagnosis for the issue, the garage first called me to say they could find nothing wrong, after discussion they kept another night and test drove it - then found the issue and fixed it to satisfaction.
I pre booked replacement of front brake pads. On arrival parts had not been ordered. I had booked a while you wait service. I did not expect to be in dealership this long. The service advisor apologised and as it was my day off I had spare time.

I was told car was ready, however after viewing the health video I had 2 rear tyres that were dangerous! I had to call back and enquire, which was then confirmed. If the tyres were dangerous why give it a 7 mile road test?
I enjoyed how the service guys emailed me a video outlining any concerns whilst they were completing my service.

Three Repeat visits required for a simple tyre replacement
I rang up two weeks before my survey was due and there was no courtesy car available. My wife had to pick me up and drop me off!!!! She had to work from home for this reason.
I came away with the car as it should be, freshly cleaned and feeling as if the issue had been fully resolved.

The Service dept. failed to warn me that the work carried out cleared the programming on the tailgate opening which meant that when I opened it in my garage it tried to open fully and hit the overhead garage door putting a scratch on it.

Trevor in the service department listened to my problem and acted immediately completely reversing the negative opinion I had from the earlier call. The car was fixed the same day. Excellent service.

A member of your staff informed the police about the condition of my tyres. I was interrogated by police on site and somewhat felt harassed and made to feel like a criminal. Clearly an out of policy move on BMW's part. I felt humiliated and stressed.
My car was in for three days when I was told it would be two days at the most.I asked for the car to have an oil and filter change Which I was quoted £109 for and on collection the car had been given a full service which was over £400
Time accuracy friendliness and above all correct customer attitude
service on the day was very good, however score marked down as given advice to replace a tyre when it was repairable, nearly costing me £200 more than necessary, luckily BMW didn't have them in stock!

When booking the service it was never brought to my attention, despite looking young as I'm only 20, that the minimum age to book a hire car for the day is 21. Therefore I had not compensated for my working day to be without a personal car.

All completed in the timescales given, maybe some papers to read but coffee the seating all good. Only minor niggle car parked ready to go but took about 5 mins to find who had the key.
This car has a full service history with Lancaster BMW. Despite this we were charged immediately after the service for a failed soft top motor caused by blocked drainage holes. This is completely unacceptable.
I had to call back three times to make an appointment, each time no one called me back. This is not unusual for BMW Milton Keynes their customer service is not great. Also my issue did not get resolved at my first visit.
Requested courtesy car and was advised that my vehicle would be finished by the time paperwork completed.It actually took almost 2 hours.No video walkaround done of my car and no explanation why not.A problem I notified them of was not looked at.
Overall experience was better than I have had with other service centres.
